All Howard Products are shipped fully assembled and ready for use. Aspen Series waste receptacles are constructed of heavy gauge, hot dipped galvanized, fire safe steel. Ultra violet stabilized to resist fading. All stone panels waste receptacles are reinforced by steel sides of receptacle.
All models are equipped with leg levelers for stability on uneven surfaces and can be equipped with optional lid locks to prevent tampering. 15 year limited warranty on stone panels.
