This item is a 22 gallon capacity heavy gauge perforated steel park basket. Strapping kit allows basket to be mounted to walls or posts.
Includes a patented key operated lock for easy removal and emptying. Folding steel retainer bands hold poly bags for full capacity & easy emptying.
