How much is shipping?
We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders above $199.00 within the CONTIGUOUS 48 states(Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Excluded). Orders under $199 are charged a modest $9.99 shipping charge. There are no other hidden charges. Orders outside the 48 states, please email us for a quote. Since we offer our lowest price guarantee & 30-day price protection, please note when price-comparing that our orders above $199 include free shipping. How do I place my order online?
Your Order may be completed online by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to order. Your order will be placed on a secure server requesting your confidential shipping and credit card information. We will process your order immediately. The secure server will protect and scramble the shipping and credit card number with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. Your privacy and security is our top priority.

Can I order by phone
Sure! If you are not comfortable with our secure online ordering, please feel free to order by phone. Customer service representatives will be available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time (excluding holidays).

    How can I pay for my order? accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, checks & money orders. If you are paying by credit card, your card will be charged when the order is placed.

    Can I pay for my order by personal check or money order?
    Yes! accepts Money Orders & Personal Checks. All personal checks will need to clear before merchandise will be shipped. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us via phone, fax or email with your order. Your check can be mailed to the following address:

    Do you charge sales tax?
    There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of N.Y State. will collect the appropriate sales tax for orders shipped within N.Y State. In the N.Y.C area this is 8.65%. This will be added to your final total. Tax Exempt Organizations should fax resale certificates after placing your order

    How does the 30-Day Price Guarantee Work?
    We are confident you will find our prices to be extremely competitive. However, if you happen to come across a lower price somewhere else we will beat any lowest Internet price available online in the USA for the Exact same item and model number you purchased and must be new and unopened. The Internet retailer offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery. Auction sites do not qualify for the price guarantee, nor do classified ads of a sole entity selling a single item(s) such as a listing seller on Craigslist or EBay. Limited to one of the same item number per customer. Our Price Guarantee applies to online orders only. Should an Internet retailer have an item at a lower price in their store or in print, they must also have that item online in order to qualify. We will provide a credit of the price difference plus $1. The price we are beating will be determined by calculating all shipping costs. All requests should be faxed with a copy of the advertisement faxed to our attention along with your order number. We reserve the right to check & verify the advertised price. Price Guarantee is subject to change without prior notice.

    What is your return, exchange & refund policy?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original package within 14 Days for an exchange and/or a refund. The 14 days begins from the day delivery was made. Refunds are less the shipping charges to the ship to address and less to the return to address(Two shipping rates will be charged.)If free shipping was offered our actual shipping costs will be charged to and from the ship to address. To return an item just email or call us to receive a Return Authorization Number(RA). There will be a 30% restocking fee on sheds, wood playhouses and a 25% restock fee on all other items. This applies to all items returned and/or refused. Shipments without Return Authorization, and/or assembled items will not be accepted for return. Shipments returned out of their original boxes will be charged an additional 20% on return.

    What if my building is damaged during shipping?
    Please make sure you inspect and note any damaged parts on the trucking bill of lading. Most issues can almost always be resolved by sending a replacement piece at our expense. Due to the nature of the product, we require that you allow us every reasonable opportunity to repair the product first. Please also understand that due to the more fragile nature of the wooden building material, bumps and bruises can occur.

    What is the cancellation policy?
    Your Order may be cancelled before the items have been shipped from our warehouse. A cancelation number will be issued. Orders that are not canceled, and/or if an order is refused by the customer at delivery, it will be subject to all actual shipping fee's to and from the ship to address along with restocking fees.(If free shipping was offered our actual shipping costs apply). Please see our "What is your return, exchange & refund policy?"). This also applies to orders where the customer is not home at the time of delivery and/or the package is returned to our company.

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    We ship UPS Ground for most items. Larger items or multiple quantity orders that qualify will ship via Truck. Some New York Tri-State orders may ship via our own truck. Please note that trucking companies are curb side delivery & you should have help available when the truck arrives. Please inspect items for damages before signing. Delivery to your door may be available for an additional fee. In Stock items usually ship out of our warehouse within 48 hours. We are not responsible for manufacture or transportation response time that may cause a delay in receiving your product. Delivery time may differ from what is stated on our website. Arrival may vary based upon the shipping carrier & your city in the USA. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock. In this event we will offer an approximate in stock date which may be subject to change.

    What about delivery confirmation?
    We will send tracking numbers via email or thru our automated e-mail system. This will allow you to track the package to your door and estimate arrival. You will receive a phone call for large items that ship via LTL Truck to work out shipping details.

    What about international delivery?
    We will ship throughout the world through UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited Service. Please contact us for shipping quotes. Credit cards may be refused for international orders & may require payment via certified check or money order payable in U.S funds.

    Will my item look exactly like the picture? makes every effort to provide high quality images to assist you in choosing an appropriate product. However, please note images may vary in color depending on your monitor settings. If exact color is critical we recommend contacting us & we will try to describe the specific colors. We are not responsible for any variation in product specifications, photos and pictures are subject to change without notice.
