EZup Stanford Wood Storage Shed Kit 12 x 16 - Prepped For Vinyl is made with OSB (prep for vinyl)and delivers storage Kit with style. Vinyl siding is durable and easy to maintain. In shed kits listed as vinyl prep, the pre-cut wall siding is OSB Structure Wood instead of LP SmartSide. Everything is pre-cut so there's nothing to saw! Only the best 2?4 lumber goes into our wall studs, truss parts and trim.
This shed has a option of porch location (Left or Right Side). Please see your instruction Kit manual.
OSB Exterior Sheathing: Pre-cut 7/16" OSB(Oriented Strand Board) to allow for the application of exterior siding
Optional single hung windows 18" x 27" aluminum windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects. Decorative wood shutters are pre-assembled.

Standard floor Kit system comes with 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 16" on center and 5/8" OSB (oriented strand board) flooring.
Please note, material is not pre-cut. Floor sheathing is not treated. Stamped engineered drawing available upon request.
