Product Description Two Car Wood Garage/Barn Kit 20 x 32 Lewisburg - Prep for Vinyl has two floors for storage. The top level can be used as a hobby room or workshop, or to store tools and maintenance equipment. The bottom level is perfect for storing your vehicle or tractor. Wood Two Car Garage/Barn Kit has manufactured “I” joists increase the storage space on the upper level and give flexible storage for the lower level. The Lewisburg garage barn kit is prep for vinyl siding so you must buy vinyl siding locally. The joists are straighter and stronger than dimensional lumber, making the barn a sturdy choice. The loft floor can hold 40 lbs. per square foot. If you do not want to install an overhead garage door, check the wall instead of garage door opening box and receive wall framing and siding which closes in the opening. The optional 42” wide stair package allows for easy access to the loft to bring up boxes, etc. Lewisburg Garage Kit Features: Size 20 x 32 Square Footage: 640 Loft Ceiling Height: 7’-6” Side Wall Height: 8 feet Wall studs are pre-cut are spaced 16 inches on center Windload 140 mph Florida trusses (metal hurricane truss hangers included) Snowload: 40 lbs. per sq. foot. Walls are designed to meet international building codes of BOCA, IBC-IRC-2006 Edition. Garage door opening: 16’ x 7’ White pine trim is included for the gable trim, fascia, door trim and corner trim. Trim is not finished. 2×8 trusses are pre-cut for precise field assembly Upper numbered gables are pre-built in 4’ wide sections with siding already applied. Manufactured ‘I’ Joists spaced 16” o.c., covered with 3/4 tongue-and- groove Structurwood flooring. ‘I’ joists are shipped in one-foot increments field cut to exact length Nails and metal bridging included Optional Packages Stairs are 42" wide and interior walls are included to enclose the stairway. Pre-cut stair stringers made from 1-3/4" thick laminated lumber. Pre-cut stair treads and kicker boards. Window and Shutter Kits. Walk-in Door Wall Panel instead of garage door opening 28 × 38 double-hung window in white finish with insulated glass and window grids between the glass, includes a pair of vinyl raised panel pintable shutters. Optional 30 X 30 cupola: constructed from weather-resistant pre-finished polyethylene. Foundation, roof covering kit must be purchased at your local home improvement store.
