Latex acrylic paint recommended.Wood siding is treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.Woodville sheds has a 2nd floor loft with work outdoor loft Door.6'x 4-1/2" High side walls 2x4 studs and spaced 24" O.C.Recommended foundation size is 10'-0" x 11'-9"Pre-built door trim 5' 6"W x 6'0"H with powder coated door hardware is included.Shown with optional windows and cupola.Nails are included.Wood siding is backed with a 50 year limited warranty.

Standard floor Kit system comes with 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 16" on center and 5/8" OSB (oriented strand board) flooring.Please note, material is not pre-cut. Floor sheathing is not treated.
