Floor sheathing is not treated.
Pre-cut and partially assembled trusses are 2x4 and 24" O.C. engineered to handle severe snow load of 40 psf (pounds per square foot) and 90 mph wind loads.
Wood siding is Pre-cut and primed with 3/8" vertical grooves and needs to be cut. Latex acrylic paint recommended.
Wood siding is Pre-cut and treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.
