Includes 2nd story with 7'-1" of headroom, 3/4" Structurwood decking and 2x8 floor joists. Best Barns Richmond shed kit loft floor runs from front to back floor with 4' wide opening between the sections.Loft has spacious area 96 square feet of storage space.

Richmond Shed Foundation can be concrete slab or wood floor. Foundation dimensions should be 16' x 31' 7"

Drip edge and roof shingles must be purchased locally by owner

Loft window area is designed to receive a window up to a 44" wide. This is optional and can remain a solid wall. window must be purchased by homeowner.
