Pre-primed Siding:
(Louisiana Pacific) Smartside Ext. Paneling is pre-cut for an accurate fit. Smartside is primed 3/8" wood siding, with vertical grooves and is free from knot holes and patches. Siding is treated with Compositor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage and backed with a 50 year limited warranty

Loft Storage: Full Loft 4'-6" H x 8' W x 16' L 2nd floor loft area with 4 ft. wide access opening in the center.

Sturdy-built truss system that allows 40lbs snow load and 130 mph wind load

Optional single hung windows with screens & decorative sunburst with lock 18" x 24" aluminum frame.

Roof sheathing is 7/16" OSB ( Oriented Strand Board ) Roof shingles are not included and purchased locally by owner

10-year limited warranty.

Optional Shed Kit deluxe floor system comes with 4x4 treated runners to provide support for the floor joist and flooring. The deluxe floor includes 4x4 treated runners, treated 2x4's 16" o.c. and 3/4" plywood.

Optional Shed Kit Standard floor system comes with 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 16" on center and 5/8" OSB (oriented strand board) flooring. Nails are included. Please note, material is not pre-cut.
