Pre-primed Siding:
(Louisiana Pacific) Smartside exterior siding is precut and made to fit perfect. Smartside is factory primed and is 3/8" thick with vertical grooves. Siding is treated with Compositor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage and backed with a 50 year limited warranty

Loft Features:

Loft Storage: Full Loft 4'-6" H x 8' W x 16' L 2nd floor loft area with 4 ft. wide access opening in the center.

Sturdy-built truss system that allows 40lbs snow load and 130 mph wind load

Optional single hung windows with screens & decorative sunburst with lock 18" x 24" aluminum frame.

Roof sheathing is 7/16" OSB (Oriented Strand Board) roof shingles and tar paper is not included with the shed kit

Optional Windows and doors:

Optional 2 first floor aluminum single hung 18"x36" windows with raised panel shutters

10-year limited warranty.

Optional Floor Kits:

Deluxe floor system comes with 4x4 treated runners to provide support for the floor joist and flooring. Includes 4x4 treated runners, treated 2x4's 16" o.c. and 3/4" plywood.

Standard floor system comes with 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 16" on center and 5/8" OSB (oriented strand board) flooring. Nails are included. Please note, material is not pre-cut.
