Meadowbrook 12 x 10 has a second story loft which is perfect for storing seasonal products, small boxes and other items. This shed has a 4’ opening between the sections for additional storage without taking any additional space. The strength and durability of this engineered product makes it ideal for storing patio cushions, recycle bins, machinery, tools and other accessories. You can also have an optional wood floor for your new shed kit which comes in standard floor package and deluxe floor package.

Cutting of this material is easy, just trace the outline of the wall and cut.

Pre-cut roof sheathing is 7/16" OSB ( Oriented Strand Board ) Roof shingles are not included and purchased locally by owner

Deluxe floor includes 4x4 treated runners, treated 2x4's 16" o.c. and 3/4" plywood.
